with the impeller diameter D
= 8.625 in., you are asked to do the following:
(a) Determine the best efficiency point (BEP) of the given pump,
including the flow rate (Q*),
the pump head (hp*), the pump efficiency (𝜂*), the brake horsepower
(BHP*), and the
NPSH* of the pump.
(b) Calculate the corresponding discharge coefficient (CQ*), the
head coefficient (CH*), and
the power coefficient (CP*) of the given pump at BEP if water is
the fluid.
