Determine the maximum medium term imposed load that a flat roof can support assuming the following construction details -roof joist are 40mm x 225 mm of strength C18 at 600 mm centres - effective span is 4.5m - unit weight of woodwool (50mm thick ) is 0.3 kN/m2 - unit weight of boarding bitumen and roofing felt is 0.45 KN/m2 - unit weight of plasterboard 0.25KN/ m2
