Question 8: Wind Heeling 1 (10 marks) A vessel as shown in the figure below is exposed to wind coming from port side. The projected area above the waterline (exposed to the wind) is 300m². The wind speed is 30kn. The drag coefficient of the vessel, with regards to wind, is Cw = 1.3 and the density of air is 1.3kg/m².
