A Brayton cycle utilizes air as the working fluid. The
cycle includes intercooling across two stages of compression,
reheat across two stages of expansion, and regeneration. The
pressure ratio is 12.25. The air enters each stage of the
compressor at 310K and each stage of the turbine at 1280K.
The regenerator is 100% effective and the compressor and turbine
are 100% efficient. Mass flow rate is 15kg/s. Use
variable specific heats.
