T(K) Heat exchanger 2s Compressor ης Turbine nt 4s Heat exchanger Qout s (kJ/kg-K) Air enters the compressor of an air Brayton cycle with a volumetric flow rate of 90 m²/s at 100 bar, 305 K. The compressor pressure ratio is 25, and the maximum cycle temperature is 2100 K. For the compressor, the isentropic efficiency is 80%, and for the turbine, the isentropic efficiency is 90%. Determine (a) the net power developed for each cycle, in MW, (b) the back work ratio, (c) the thermal efficiency of the cycle, and (d) the rate of entropy produced by the compressor and the turbine (Hint: the effect of stray heat from the compressor and the turbine are already counted in their efficiency).
