The modulation rule is: there is “no change" in the output state if a 0 is present, while there is a "change" in the output state if a 1 is present. Assume that the transmitted amplitude sequence is -A, +A, -A, -A, +A, -A, -A where the first amplitude - A is used as the reference. (a) Recover the information bits.
