Lab 4C Next design a circuit that will utilize a timer, a counter and counter comparisons to output a series of lights counting from 1-5 and then resetting. Il is the enable to start the timer pulse every 1 second. The timer DN bit is tied to the counter input. The last pulse is used to reset the counter to zero and begin the sequence again.
