1. "I strove to imitate nature as clearly as I could, and with
all the perspective I could produce," wrote the Renaissance
sculptor Lorenzo Ghiberti of the gilded bronze doors he created for
Florence's Baptistery. Describe all the techniques Ghiberti used in
the panel Jacob and Esau in order to achieve the illusion of 3d
space.
