Coding 6: (6 points) In the workout the 12 Weeks of Spring, a participant does one man-maker and rests. In the second round the participant does one man maker and two v-ups. The third round the participant does one man maker, two v-ups and three triceps kickbacks and so on until the twelfth round. In the twelfth round the participant does one strength maker, two v-ups, three triceps kickbacks all the way up through 12 star jumps. The exercises in order are strength makers, v-ups, triceps kickbacks, burpees, seated rows, pendulum squats, triceps pushups, back lunge, shoulder tap plank, pigeon squats, pushups, star jumps. Print a table that lists each round, the exercises and the number of repetitions in total for each exercise.
