Numbers 8-14 are problem solving questions. Please answer all of these questions using Polya's method we discussed. If I don't see written evidence of Polya's method, I will not award you full credit 8. Theo is a collector of Magic cards, and brought a quantity to a card exposition. On the way, he met his good friend Georg. He owed Georg, so he gave y of the cards, and 2 more in his case. Later, he met Henry, and negotiated with him to give him of his cards and 5 more besides. Just before arriving at the expo, he met Andrea, who begged him for some cards. He gave her yz of the cards he had left. He arrived at the expo with with only two cards. How many cards did he have to begin with?
