3. (9.2 2) Consider the ODE y' = 3y +3t with y(0) = 1. This has exact solution y(t) = fe3t - t - j. Let h = .2 and do two steps of forward Euler by hand and then let h= .1 and do 4 steps by hand. Compare each final value with the exact solution y(0.4). Since forward Euler is 0(h) does the error in each step behave as expected when h is halved?
