1. (9.1 3) Consider the ODE Y' = -ty on the Region R = {(t, y): 0 <t< 3,0 <y <5}. First show (by substitution) that y(t) = Ce-+/2 solves this problem and then find the Lipschitz Constant L for the righthand side f(t, y) = -ty.
