consider if for all M>0, there exist delta>0, such
that 0<|x-a|<delta, the limit of h(x) is infinity, and
|h(x)|>M.
prove that if the limit of f(x) = L does not equal to 0, and the
limit of g(x) = 0 but g(x) does not equal to 0, then the limit
of f(x)/g(x) is infinity.
