Show that E [(0 - 0)2] = vb) + [B[0]. Both sides of this equation are equivalent ways to calculate the mean square error (MSE). You must start with the left-hand side of the equation and you may not use the hint the book gives for this in the exercises. The only hint I will give you is you should solve BĂȘ) = E(@)- for 8 and replace the 8 in the left hand side of the formula prior to squaring.
