During a problem the last bit to solve was
Tan(theta)-Sin(Theta)=300N/((800N/m)(0.5m)=> which the answer is
57.956 degrees. My question is how do you come to the 57 degree
solution, I did some digging and came across something called hit
and trial which I'm not familiar with. Please let me know how you
would solve this, preferably with work shown I thank you in
advance.
