Problem 2: Figure below shows a quadratic square element used for a structural analysis problem. The left bottom corner of the square element is at (-1,-1), and the right top corner of the square element is at (1, 1). A distributed body force fis applied on the element along & direction and has a variation as given below: a f (&,n)= (4-2)(5+ m2)(2+ &- 1) = n Also, a linearly varying boundary force q (E) = 0.5 Ę is applied along n direction on side 1-2-3 as illustrated in the figure.
