The Director of Computing Facilities must decide how to allocate five computer clusters among three locations: The Library, the University Computer Center and the Engineering Lab. Each facility should receive at least one computer cluster. The number of users that can be accommodated in the three locations depends on the number of computer clusters allocated as shown in the table below. Of course, the Director is interested in maximizing the total number of users of these facilities.
