The Alfred hospital receives many overseas patients who travel
to Australia for medical treatment. A number of these patients
don’t speak English and may have trouble interacting with hospital
staff. The hospital would like to understand the satisfaction of
these overseas customers with their in-patient experience by
recruiting 200 previous patients to answer a survey.
Propose a sampling plan. This should include the target
