A study is done on prison sentences and the courtroom, please.
It is found that 40% of the subjects were sent to prison and the
rest were not. Among those sent to prison, 31% pled guilty and
among those not sent to prison, 16% chose to plead guilty. If a
study subject is randomly selected and it is found that the subject
did not plead guilty, what is the probability that the person was
sent to prison?
Express your answer as a decimal, rounded to the nearest
thousandth (three decimal places).
