f(x) is continuous at x = 2 and (2) = -3 f(x) is continuous at x= 2 and f(2)= 4. f(x) is not continuous at x = 2 because lim f(x) X-2 does not exist.

f(x) is not continuous at x = 2 because f(2) does not exist. f(x) is not continuous at x = 2 because lim f(x) x-2 and f(2) both exist, but are not equal.
