I need a highest priority NANDA with 4 part statement (Problem,
R/T, Secondary to, AEB) with appropriate data in each
section.
Pt. was admitted for sepsis due to multiple sites of infection.
Pt. is a drug addict who injected himself in the finger, got an
infection and cut his own finger open to let the pus out and it got
more infected leding him to have a fever and complicated other
wounds like abrasions on his legs from running from the police and
a wound on his buttock. He is admitted for ampuitation on his thumb
and to treat him for sepsis. He is homeless and with poor
hygiene.
