I am supposed to diagnose a patient with the following symptoms:
- ulcers on the vuvla (specifically the minor labium)
- inflammatory response
- fever
- stiffness in the neck
- swollen cervical lymph nodes
- PAIN
- went away after 2-3 weeks
- NOT an infectious agent
