A hotel has a policy of booking as many as 100 rooms in a hotel
that only has 95 rooms. Past studies indicate that only 83% of
those that book rooms actually show up.
a) Find the probability that if the hotel books 100 rooms, not
enough rooms will be available.
b) Do a quick internet search to see if hotels really overbook
and provide a brief report on your findings.
