Write a program in Matlab that will be implemented the design of
the IC engine valve springs. Your program must take as inputs a
priori dimensions and loading conditions. The user will then
specify certain parameters in the context of the design information
and/or research before running the code. The program outputs must
include all the dimensions of the spring, material used, spring
constants and type. The examiner will test the program thus your
file must be in an appropriate electronic format. Your submission
must include a concise description (typed) of how the algorithm
functions together with the code in Matlab
