1 .Part 1: Proposal Idea - Problems, Issues, Ideas to be addressed to improve a businessproposal for a problem, issue, change: Think about an issue, idea, or proposal you would like to tackle for this course. Consider the following: is it a problem or problems you think need(s) solving? Can you see a better way of doing something? This could be a problem to solve for work. If you are not working, talk to the instructor about doing one about your family, your parish, or any group with which you are familiar.Consider: is it a problem you have seen that you think could be fixed? Is there a customer issue? Is there a work process problem? What about an HR change? Could training help? Is there something that could make your boss look or feel better about how things are going or might go? Can you see a way to save money? Or make more money? Or help people change/improve their lives?Start thinking about how what you learned in your cohort courses might help you focus on the information you will need to create this theory/problem/issue/ideaSubmit a very brief one-page or less paper about your ideas. Feel free to choose multiple ideas for review. Indicate which are highest on your list. I will give you feedback on your choices and some possible ways to proceed.
