Use LRFD method, show tributary areas of each member. calculations should cover one example of horizontal and vertical structures.(One truss, one beam, one column). puck members with critical load.
for joist and beM: take live load of 30 psf and dead load of as 10 psf. take Fb as 1000 psi and Fv as 100 psi for beams. E should be 1,200,000 psi. use chart for appropriate sections.
for truss members: take compressive stress of truss memebers at 1500 psi and tensile as 800 psi. take only maximum compressive and tensile values to determine dimensions of truss members.
columns: take allowable compressive stress at 1000 psi. you may pick round section.
