In Week 9 we discovered the chapter named «Organizational Structure and Control Systems». Please answer all the below questions: 1- What variables have to be considered in designing the organizational structure for international operations? How do these variables interact, and which do you think are most important? 2- How can a firm with very little overseas experience redesign its organizational structure to allow it to expand its international markets? 3- Discuss the implications of the relative centralization of authority and decision making at headquarters versus local units or subsidiaries. How would you feel about this variable if you were a subsidiary manager?
