In chapters 9-10 and Adler 5, you have learned many different theories about what makes for great/successful groups/teams. In an international setting, imagine that you are tasked to not only decide who will be in your team, but you will also be charged with the responsibility to develop a team model that you believe will work beautifully in most international business settings. Design it, name it, and present it to your schoolmates. Explain what your Model is (what Key Components you used) and why it will work. Please be creative and do NOT take another theory and use it in its entirety! This is for your personal and professional growth, so please be authentic and creative based on who you really are and how you really would like to build efffective teams!!!
