Currently, Clyn contractors have over
6 projects on the books; however, the construction of a
fully-fledged academy with specialist water sports facilities,
valued at £12m, has been experiencing challenges. The challenges on
the project relate to overspending, slow progress, and inadequate
protocols for efficient processing of interim payments.
