In a study to determine frequency and dependency of
color-blindedness relative to females and males, 1000 people were
chosen at random and the following results were obtained: There
were 520 females in the sample, of which 2 were color-blind. There
were 24 of the males sampled that were color-blind. Are
color-blindness and gender dependent events? Use two different
probabilistic arguments to support your answer: one with
conditionals and one without conditionals in the formulas.
