13. A sphere of radius R has a charge Q uniformly distributed over its volume. A spherical cavity of radius R' is cut out of this sphere, and the charge in the cavity is discarded. Assume that the cavity is not concentric with the sphere. Show that the electric field in the cavity is constant, and find the magnitude of this electric field.
