A mirror in Forever21 is curved in such a way that when you stand 2 meters from the mirror, your horizontal magnification is -.85. Draw a diagram of the system and determine the focal length of the mirror and if it is concave or convex. 2. Velma Dinkley finds a fingerprint on a doorknob (Jinkies!) If the focal length of her magnifying glass is 5 cm and the fingerprint is 3.5 cm away from the glass, how big will the 2.5 cm-tall fingerprint appear through the magnifying glass?
