Do you think the quality would be adversely impacted if the growth and medical technology were to be constrained in the United States for one year? If these cost could be reduced, and more people could gain access, do you think that this would be a reasonable trade-off, would you pay a higher premium to ensure that you would always have access to the most recent diagnostic and curative technology?
