Could someone maybe help me with a couple of pages of a
mentally ill patient at the institution, since I just assigned my
clinical practice to a mentally impaired patient facility in
central Wisconsin? these are the primary duty that you have to do
daily, Patients with nonverbal disabilities, feeding
tubes, GI tubes, J tubes, and the inability to do anything for
themselves are among the complications that might be encountered in
this situation. His morning and afternoon medications were
administered via his J tube, and with the assistance of his nurse,
his nutritional feeding was adjusted through his GI tube. These are
the requirements of the clinical teacher.
