You will be conducting an F-test in this task to determine if
the addition of either country or year indicators are worth adding
to the estimation.
Predict democratic index using any and all relevant
variables.
Then add indicators for each country, then for each year. (Note
there is a code for country) Remember to use "i." to create

discussion of why you do/don't want to add these dummies. Make sure
