The permeability coefficient for the RO membrane is 0.2 kg water/m² h kPa and the product feed rate is 200 kg/min. Determine the flux of water (kg water/h) through the membrane needed to accomplish the magnitude of concentration indicated. b. Estimate the difference in transmembrane hydrostatic pressure (AP) needed for the system to operate.
