Hi. Please help me with B. Gear system. I need it ASAP
The students must design a cantilever hose reel frame with spur gear system power by human hand. The speed, torque and direction are essential parameters that each group will decide. The design for the hose reel enthuses three points as follows: 1. Spur gears must be used. 2. The cantilever hose reel frame must be within the space dimensions of the length of 22.5 inches, the width of 17.5 inches, and the height of 20.5 inches. 3. Students must present all the design project dimensions with SI Units.
VOX 17.5 in Width Includes Handle 16 in 3/8 in. Dia. Mounting Holes x 4 16 in x 8.3 in Mounting Hole Area 8.3 in 20.5 in
3/8 in. Dia. Mounting Holes x 4 16 in x 8.3 in Mounting Hole Area 22.5 in 8.3 in 20.5 in
B. Gear system (minimum of three concepts are required) 1. Subproblem B Statement 2. State the delimitations and 3. List the Codes, formula, theory, assumptions for subproblem B procedure and standards applicable to subproblem B 4. Detailed the product design specifications for subproblem B
