Question 4 a) Explain the importance of the flywheel to the punching press. (7 marks) b) List two other uses of the flywheel. Initially the flywheel is rotating at 300 rpm, find the time the flywheel comes to rest due to frictional couple of 100 Nm. The density of steel is 7900 kg/m³. Neglect the effects of the spokes.
