In the three bus system shown below (B1,B2 and B3), grid is at
B1 with voltage of 1.04 p.u. and serves as reference. Load is B3
with the impedance of 0.9+j0.6 Ohms.
a) There is no load at B2. Calculate the voltage at B3
b) If a solar PV plant is installed at bus B2 with a current
value of 1<-30A (referenced to grid), calculate the voltage at
bus B3
B1 z12=0.01+j0.02 213-0.01+j0.04 223=0.02+0.03 B3 B2 Slack Bus V1=1.04+j0.0 P=20 MW |V2|=1.03
