Explain the relationship between a contractual text drafted by the contracting parties, INCOTERMS, and national contract laws. How do these sources interact with each other? 3. Assume that a Norwegian company drafts a very long agreement, in a typical Common law style, containing a large number of boilerplate clauses. Assume that this contract is used in many cross-border transactions, across the whole world. Would you, as their internal counsel, have any concerns to voice?
