LA 5: Read / Go through the Chapter4 and Chapter 6 from the Larson Textbook. Identify the requirements for Scope Management and study the contents for Scope Statement as explained through example in Chapter 4. Study the details on HOW to identify the “work Packages” in a WBS. Then read Chapter 6 carefully and identify HOW to further breakdown work packages into activities (if needed) and draw the Activity Precedence Table. Then finally draw the Network Diagram from your project.
