Exercise 4. Let y be the extensive game defined in Fig. 1. Figure 1: Game y M D 2 (5, 4) (2,3) (7,4) (3,4) (6,3) 1. Compute the set of mixed Nash equilibria (of the strategic form) of y. 2. Describe the sequential equilibria of y explicitly. 3. Let y be the extensive game that differs from y only inasmuch as Player 2 is informed about the strategy of Player 1. Has y' any Nash equilibrium that is not the strategy profile of any sequential equilibrium of y'? 4. Compute all sequential equilibria and compute all trembling hand perfect equilibria of the extensive game that differs from y only inasmuch as the payoff vector (6, 3) is replaced by (6, 4).
