Please ensure you take note of the word length requirement where indicated Once completed you will need to submit this sent to yourseworfor making Case Study Scenario Bruno and Francis Brunetti Bruno and Francis Brunettiare an elderly couple (toth 2 years old living independently in their own home. They were both born it Italy and have a strong connection with italian speaking friends and family. They speak English adequately. The Brunett's only had one daughter Sophia Sophia is married and lives in Italy with three children Bruno and Francis are finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with house and yard duties Bruno lost his driving licence (and Francis has never learnt to drive). Since then they have not attended their Catholic Church or social activities. Francis and Bruno rely on friends to take them to the grocery shops once or twice a week. Sophia was ringing her parents and supporting them as much as she could but ended up calling their local General Practitioner (GP) because they were both becoming increasingly depressed and isolated. A full medical examination was conducted on both, and it was found that Francis has Alzheimer's disease and Bruno is feeling burdened and has become increasingly agitated and frustrated. They both find it increasingly difficult to find the energy and drive to keep up with the same level of activity they had previously Bruno has been in a sexual relationship with a widow from the church for the past three years, but it has been clandestine due to their religious faith. She often comes around to keep Bruno company, Francis thinks that lanet is just a close friend. You are the Support Worker and you need to identify and assess their holistic needs and goals for independence and wellbeing.
