The following data provides the Triglyceride level of 100 adults taken from a sample
survey:
As per the clinical study on the level of Triglyceride on adults, triglyceride numbers are
taken as,

Borderline if the level ranges from 150-199.
High if the level ranges from 200-499.
Very high if the level is 500 or more.
a. Construct a frequency distribution table using the following classes:
100 – 150, 150 – 200, ... … …, 450 – 500.
b. Construct a frequency polygon on the frequencies of the distribution.
c. Calculate the percentage of adults falling into the category of high level of
Triglyceride.
d. Construct a Pie chart for the given distribution.
e. Construct a stem and Leaf display of the data. Comment on the plot.
f. How many of them are falling into 95th Percentile?
g. Calculate the Mean, the three Quartiles, Inter Quartile Range, Mode and the
Standard Deviation of the above frequency distribution.
h. Prepare a Box- and- whisker plot.
