No fever. Orders received Pain 4/10 to right flank for 2 days. Patient agreeable to plan and family will bring soup to be stored in the ward refrigerator. States "burning and pain" with urination. States "no appetite and don't like hospital food". Transferred from Russell Hospital after 1 weeks stay Unable to grasp eating utensils due to bandages on hands bilaterally. Urine sample sent for C&S. Vision remains impaired. Will ask family if available to be present and assist with dinners.
