PLEASE CREATE AN EXPERIMENT FOR BUSINESS STATISTICS AND ANSWER
THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS
1) What are the hypotheses?
2) What hypothesis test would you be doing?
3) What would you set the significance level at?
4) What would it mean if you reject the null hypothesis? What
would it mean if you fail to reject it?
5) Based on your reading of "Why most published research
findings are false", what would you do, if you fail to get the
result you were expecting? Consider that if you fail to publish an
interesting enough result, you might lose fundings, scholarships,
or fail to get your degree.
If in retrospect, you don't like the experiment you wrote in
Writing Assignment 1, feel free to design a new one.
