Your initial post: Assume that a younger sibling is
considering a major in Operations and or Supply Chain
Management. Before you freaked out and pushed her into
biomedical engineering, you thought it would be good for her to
understand what OSCM is really about. Describe what you would
tell her based on what you've learned this semester. Make
sure to include a description of how OSCM might be different in
certain settings such as job shops vs. line flow processes, or
responsive vs. efficient supply chains. Make sure to indicate your
favorite topic in the course and the skills/talents that would make
for a good operations manager.
