1. You can't believe your bad luck! Your best friend was a finalist in America's Most Talented where she performed her special tap-dancing show. A few weeks before her performance, she told you that if she won, she would take you on the prize trip to Australia. Excited about the possibility of a trip to Australia, you decide to surprise her and take two vacation days from work and go to Kansas City to watch her compete and you cheer for her and yell encouragement to her as she is performing. To your amazement, she wins! Excited about your upcoming travel, you go shopping and buy new expensive luggage for the trip. The next time you see her she tells you that she has decided to take someone else to Australia with her. Discuss your rights and the likelihood of success if you sued her for breach of contract. Be sure to use proper legal terminology and analysis. (20 points)
