COLLABORATE is a conglomerate company in western Europe,
operating businesses in various sectors such as
F&B/Apparel/Cosmetics/Gaming/Hospitality/Electronics and more.
Recently they have decided to enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
However, they have observed that the marketing conditions and the
market types in the UAE are different than that of the other
countries where they have been operating. Moreover, the
marketing-related information varies from one business to another;
for instance, the marketing factors and electronics products will
differ from those of the F&B and vice versa. Subsequently, they
have decided to initiate a project focusing separately on each
business unit and study the marketing-related issues in UAE. The
findings will enable them to look at the marketing-related
