1. Consider a software development project with the following information listed in Table 1. Suppose the cost rate for one developer is $5000/week. 1) Construct the project activity network diagram using AON methodology. 2) Calculate the early, late and float times for each activity. Identify the critical path. 3) Create the resource load chart for this project based on the lately times (LS). Are there resource overloads if the maximum of 3 developers per week available for the project? If there are, how to resolve it? 4) Develop the cost load chart and the Cost baseline for the project based on the lately start times(LS). Table 1 Project information Activity Predecessors Fixed costs($) Number of Durations (week) Developers A 4 2 B 2 A 10000 1 C 2 B 2 D 3 B 1 E 4 C 20000 2 F 6 10000 1 2. The following information has been collected by your project team by the end of June. (See Table 2) Assume the project is planned for a 12-month duration and 250 budget. Using the following data to 1) Compute the CV,SV,CPI and SPI. Given the current information, will the project complete on time and within budget? 2) Compute the EAC,ETC and the estimated time to complete this project.
